1. Our Refund Policy

QuickClip.lol does not provide refunds except where technical issues on our part have severely impacted or prevented service delivery. We stand behind our product, but we cannot offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with clip quality, or user error.

2. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact us at hello@quickclip.lol with your account details and a clear description of the technical issues you experienced. We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days. Please include your email address and any relevant order or transaction information.

3. What Qualifies for a Refund

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

Technical issues that completely prevent you from accessing the service. System-wide outages lasting more than 24 hours that make the product unusable. Data loss caused by our technical failures. Security breaches that compromise your user data.

Each request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Meeting one of these criteria does not guarantee a refund, but we will consider it fairly.

4. What Does Not Qualify

The following do not qualify for a refund:

Change of mind after subscribing. Dissatisfaction with clip quality, AI suggestions, or generated results. User error (e.g., incorrect uploads, accidental purchases). Internet connectivity issues on your end. Device compatibility issues. Partial disruptions that do not prevent you from using the core functionality of the service.

5. Refund Evaluation

All refund requests are evaluated within 5–7 business days. We may ask for additional information to verify your claim. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
